Constructive alignment

Very intereting topic which will be the most important learning outcome for me.

Teamwork - EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been an excellent experience working in team with my colleagues and really appreciated their availability and motivation. We dedicated one day on the task and came up with the first draft. It was a great experience and everybody (I assume) left with a sense of accomplishment, and a feeling of ownership in what we did.

After that we exchanged quite a few emails until everybody was happy with final outcome.

can we work together next time, please !!!!!!!!!!!!

Team Working - Hard ...

I found very difficult to work with my first team mates and had to change group in the end. The main issue was the lack of communication.
